BowVeda (“we”, “us”) is an education brand operated under BowCrest from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bowveda.com or enrol in a course, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or enrol.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Learning activity — which lessons you have opened and completed, quiz results and certificate status.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through standard web logs and analytics.
Why we collect it
To give you access to what you paid for, to track your progress and issue certificates, to answer your questions, to send course-related updates, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations in India.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that make the course work: our hosting provider, our payment gateway, our email provider and our analytics provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account and enrolment records are kept for as long as your access is active, plus the period Indian tax law requires us to retain transaction records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, send you a copy of your data, or delete your account. Write to us and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your course access.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your chosen language and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay logged in to the course.
