The short version
If the course is not for you and you have watched less than 20% of it, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No argument, no form to fill.
The detail
- Self-Paced and Pro — full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been watched, measured by lesson completion in your account.
- After 7 days, or past 20% watched — no refund. This is digital content that cannot be returned once consumed.
- Live cohort — if you cancel before the first live session, you may move to the next cohort or take the Self-Paced refund terms above. Once the first session has run, the cohort fee is non-refundable.
- 1:1 Mentorship — refundable in full before the first session. After the first session, the unused sessions are refunded pro-rata.
- Duplicate or failed payments — refunded in full, always.
How to ask
Email hello@bowveda.com from the address you used to enrol, with your order number. You do not need to explain yourself, though we would like to know what did not work.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show the credit.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel. A one-time payment gives you the access described on the pricing page.
